• All treatment will be fully explained to you
• You will be given an estimate for all non-routine treatment
• You will be treated with respect and courtesy at all times

As a patient of Clock Tower Dental Care we ask that you:

• Follow the advice given to you to ensure your optimal oral health care is maintained
• Attend promptly for all appointments or, where necessary, give at least 24 hours notification of cancellation
• Pay for your treatment as explained in our fee document
• Tell us promptly if we fail to meet your expectations in any way
